WHAT ARE THE CLASS TIMES?
- Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00pm to 6:55pm
- Saturdays from 9:00am to 9:45am (with instructor approval)

WHAT WILL MY CHILD RECEIVE?
- Up to 3 Weekly Karate Lessons a week in our 2000 sq.ft. premium matted facility
- We suggest twice a week training to see gradual improvement
- Uniform ($35 value) see size chart

WHAT IS A TYPICAL CLASS?
- lining up and bowing in (dojo etiquette)
- warm ups, conditioning, and stretching
- basics/moving basics (kihon, kihon ido)
- partner drills (kicking pads or targets, working in pairs or in small groups)
- kata and/or kumite, and
- cool downs/stretching
